Illumineer™ Coach Training Program

Illumineering™ is a groundbreaking coaching method developed by world-renowned coach, psychotherapist, and international best-selling author, Lauren Mackler. It's based on the premise that when we're born, we're whole, integrated human beings with tremendous potential. Growing up, we respond to our conditioning by adopting habitual patterns of thought and behavior, many of which erode our innate wholeness. We carry these patterns into adulthood, and they shape our feelings, relationships, lives, and careers. Illumineering™ Coaching helps people break free of limiting patterns, liberate their potential, and achieve the personal and professional results to which they aspire.

The Illumineering™ Coach Training Program is comprised of three modules, Levels 1, 2, and 3. Level 1 is for people entering or working in the coaching field, mental health practitioners, and professionals in leadership roles.

Levels 2 and 3 are for people who want to work in the coaching or mental health fields, or who are already working in these professions. Requirements for Level 2 include completion of Level 1, and an undergraduate or advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (or people currently enrolled in one of these graduate programs). Upon completion of Levels 1, 2, and 3, you can apply to become a certified Illumineer™ Coach.

Illumineering Coaching™ Level 1

Illumineering™ Level 1 provides the foundations of the Illumineering™ Coaching method. You'll learn practical tools that will enhance your own life, and cutting-edge techniques to use in your work with others.

Level 1 is for people entering or working in the coaching field, mental health practitioners, and professionals in leadership roles. Completion of Level 1 is a pre-requisite for completing Levels 2 and 3, and for becoming a certified Illumineer™ Coach.

Illumineering Coaching™ Level 2

This unparalleled module will teach you how to uncover clients' Conditioned Self and Default Operating System (how they think and behave on autopilot), and identify their self-defeating patterns and root-level causes. You'll learn effective techniques to help clients actively reclaim their innate wholeness and liberate their Authentic Self—the person they were born to be.

Level 2 is for people who want to work in the coaching or mental health fields, or who are already working in these professions. Enrollment requirements for Level 2 include completion of Level 1, and an undergraduate or advanced degree in Psychology or Social Work (or people who are currently enrolled in one of these graduate programs). Level 2 is a requirement for completing Level 3, and for becoming a certified Illumineer™ Coach.

Illumineering Coaching™ Level 3

In Level 3, you'll learn everything you need to know for starting and running a successful coaching business—or turning an existing coaching or psychotherapeutic practice into a coaching business that stands out in the field. You'll develop a Strategic Action Plan for establishing your business, and cutting-edge, integrated marketing strategies and business practices to attract target clientele, and differentiate yourself in the competitive coaching and psychotherapeutic marketplace.

Level 3 is for people who want to work in the coaching or mental health fields, or who are already working in these professions. The enrollment requirement for Level 3 is completion of Levels 1 and 2. Upon completion of Levels 1, 2, and 3, you can apply to become a certified Illumineer™ Coach.

Illumineer™ Coach Certification

Upon completion of Levels 1, 2, and 3, if you wish to become a Certified Illumineer™ Coach, you will go through a certification process which includes documentation of 20 paid coaching hours, a written test, and a phone interview with Lauren.

For people who are granted the Illumineer™ Coach Certification, there is an additional fee of $795. Once you have received the Illumineer™ Coach certification, you will also have the option to be listed in the online Illumineer™ Coach Directory on the Lauren Mackler website.
